Candidate A: He associates with crooked politicians and consults with astrologists. He’s had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.
Candidate B: He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a bottle of whisky every evening.
Candidate C: He is a decorated war hero. He is a vegetarian who doesn’t smoke. He drinks an occasional beer and has never committed adultery.

We are conditioned to look for certain ideals in our families, our societies and our leaders. The media investigate the personal lives of politicians and relish finding faults and failures. It seems natural that we want a leader who is flawless in every respect. Now let’s look at the questions.

These two celebrated questions were deliberately constructed to catch you out. But they make the point; don’t assume that everyone has to conform.

I am sure, when he was campaigning, he played himself up as a decorated war hero… Didnt he get some kind of little medal or something… Expert marksmanship, good conduct or something?
You don’t have to like Hitler. But he was awarded the Iron Cross twice in WWI, once for jumping into no Man’s land to drag a wounded officer back to his lines. He was wounded in action as well. Hate the man for the evil he did but he did serve and serve bravely.
the women should’ve have another kid . it doesn’t matter what or how the kid is , it matters if you want it and if you’ll love him or her unconditionally. i also chose c because he did good and bad. He was a hero to others he severed well but at times he wasn the greatest .
These questions didn’t show all the circunstances. We need more information to express one oppinion. The drunk man can be a good politician, we have to know the track record to decide. All the sterotypes change when more information came to the light. Regarding the pregnant woman’s child, it happens he was a genius. One in millions…
Dusty is right, the Führer had truly been awarded with the Iron Cross during WW I. But there is a slight mistake about Candidate C: He did never drink a glass of beer, cos he was absolutly non-alcoholic.
